The I-Series rack ovens are adapted for industrial production, comes in two versions and is reliable, effective and easy to use. The oven exterior keeps a low temperature and the surfaces are smooth and easy to clean.

    Gentle and gradual  accelerating rotation and retardation of the rack for baking product sensitive to bumps and blows, or that risk moving from vibrations.

    The rack rotates to the unloading spot at the end of the bake, when the door handle is lifted.

The spring loaded door hinge keeps the door open while loading/unloading the oven.
